Services
Dataintellico LLC specializes in providing data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and business intelligence consulting services. The specific services to be rendered will be detailed in the respective agreement or statement of work between Dataintellico LLC and the client.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, trade secrets, and technical information.
Ownership of Deliverables
Unless otherwise specified in the agreement, Dataintellico LLC retains ownership of any deliverables, including reports, analyses, models, or software developed during the engagement. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use these deliverables for internal purposes.
Payment Terms

Termination

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dataintellico LLC is registered, specifically Tennessee. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
Changes to Terms
Dataintellico LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
Miscellaneous
These terms constitute the entire agreement between Dataintellico LLC and the client and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
